INTERNATIONAL DAY OF HAPPINESS

March 20^th

The United Nations celebrates the International Day of Happiness on March 20^th, because happiness and well-being are two universal aspirations ^{(*see reference)}.

The Raelian Movement supports this “International Day of Happiness“, but points out that happiness should not be celebrated only one day a year. Maitreya Rael teaches that happiness does not come from outside. It is an inner decision. Happiness is experienced throughout the year, throughout life.

A child is naturally happy because he doesn’t think, he just is. He plays, dances, laughs without caring. He does not realize it; he lives happiness here and now. Meditation, essential to the development of inner happiness, helps us to rediscover this child within us.

If you want to experience a moment of happiness, we invite you to join us on Monday, March 20^th. There will be a marathon of 1-2 minute meditations and testimonies on happiness every hour from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on FB Live.
