Montreal - Meditation "1 Minute for Peace"

Recent scientific studies have shown how our positive and negative thoughts can influence our environment. Indeed, a hundred people meditating for peace in a city can lower its crime rate. So imagine what we could do if each of us decided to offer a simple minute of peace and love meditation to the planet… We can literally change the world!

Whoever we are and wherever we are, we are not powerless. It is simple. We have the power to give peace a chance!
