Event Details

Maitreya Rael teaches us that to be sensual means to let your environment give you pleasure. “Our sensuality is developed by feeling contrasts, such as differences in temperature, color, sound or scents. Rael Sensual Meditation-p97

We invite you to awaken your senses by joining us in High Park this coming July 14th to meditate and reunite with the beautiful, colored nature. We will walk in our bare feet on the morning dew, smell that moist herb mixed with the perfumed flowers. We will hug trees to feel grounded and in peace, listen to the bird’s songs while feeling the breeze on our skin. We will end the morning by eating together (potluck) so bring a dish of food that we can share with each other, and we may discover new flavors in great company.

So let’s meet at High Park on July 14th starting at 10:30 am near the High Park Forest School.  Don’t miss it and bring as many friends as you wish! (Bring your blanket, sunscreen, sunglasses, water, frisbee and badminton set, etc… to play together…)

Note: There is a shelter under the school gazebo if it rains.

Directions to get to the location of the meditation are as follows:
We will meet next to the High Park Forest School, where Spring Road intersects Colborne Lodge Drive. (See map below) just south of Bloor (High Park subway). Walking south in the park from Bloor, you can see the school ahead on your left – – a brown wooden building about 3 minutes’ walk from Bloor. There is also parking nearby, either on West Rd or on Colborne Drive, if you continue around the loop past the Grenadier restaurant and back north towards Bloor St. http://binged.it/1d6rGNQ

Please note that there will be no meditation gathering in August, instead we will celebrate the Raelian New Year on August 6th ! You will soon receive all the info regarding this event.

It will be a pleasure to see you all!
