For the National Hugging Day on Thursday January 21st, a group of people full of love met at Berri metro station in order to offer love to passers-by.
“Before they even got to us, passers sported a wide smile to the group offering hugs”, said Hélène Munger, in charge for the event. “Most people gladly accepted our peaceful gesture.”
All participants testified how very touched they were by this activity and especially by the gratitude passers-by expressed for this gesture. Love and tenderness was all over the subway station to the point two subway musicians spontaneously played “Imagine” by John Lennon.
We all returned home the heart at Peace!
… and proud to have made one more step towards a world of peace and love.
