LAS VEGAS, March 18 – On all continents, Raelians participate in the International Day of Happiness on March 20. On this occasion, they offer online training courses inspired by the University of Happiness and thus contribute to the initiative launched by the United Nations on the theme “Happiness for all, together”.

For more than 45 years, Rael, founder and spiritual leader of the Raelian Movement, has been travelling the world to bring his teachings on happiness, the foundations of Raelian philosophy.

Rael explains that happiness is not only a priority; it is the result of a decision, discipline and habits of every moment.

“To decide to be happy is to watch over each of our thoughts, it is a discipline”.

“In these worrying times, when the world’s collective emotions are dominated by fear, the discipline of happiness is more necessary than ever,” says Kotaro Murakawa, a Raelian guide in charge of the International Day of Happiness festivities.

“True happiness always comes from deep kindness,” says Rael.

“By working to counteract fear through the development of consciousness and deep kindness, Raelians contribute to the increase in the level of happiness of our humanity,” explains Kotaro Murakawa. “This is what they will do together, on a larger scale, on March 20 with all those who choose happiness,” he concludes.
