Giving a hug is an extraordinary privilege. It is to feel that we are alive at the same time… Now…

It is living in the moment and doing what we were made to do: loving unconditionally. Because tomorrow, it may be too late.

Through a simple hug, we are ONE; we strengthen our well-being, our energy, our immune system, our fullness, our harmony, our happiness and that of all human beings in this world.
