The Raelian social solidarity campaign – from November 16 to 22, 2014

According to Statistics Canada, nearly one million children still live in low-income households, in Canada, and the consequences are not trivial. If we add to this reality nearly 200,000 homeless, the picture is alarming

True to their love, caring and sharing values, Raelians plan once again to be generous and help relieve the suffering of their human fellows. One of the core values of Raelism is sharing and we stand, for over 40 years now, for the principle that every human being has the right, throughout his life, to feed and clothe decently, to sleep in a comfortable place and to receive a good education, even if this individual does not work or if the work does not allow access to this basic needs.

Until the government decides to spend money in the right place, for the betterment of all its citizens, the Raelians from Quebec, Ontario, British Columbia and elsewhere in Canada will mobilize, from November 16 to 22, 2014, to collect warm clothing and non-perishable food to be donated to organizations that help the homeless and other people in need. Raelians are inviting the public to be generous and to share.

Thank you in advance for your generosity.
